Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an appointment to view the hall?
Yes, if possible, please call us in advance so we can set up an appointment. Or email us with your preferred time/date to come by and we will try to accomodate. We want to ensure that we have appropriate staff on site to assist you and not have multiple parties drop in at the same time.
Generally we can provide tours weekday afternoons from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Saturdays depending on staff/hall availability and appointments already booked. Just ask and we'll get back to you promptly!
Where can my guests park? What is the capacity of the hall?
The maximum capacity in our Main Hall, with banquet seating, is 400 people, including a small dance floor. We can accommodate up to 500 (theater-style seating) and 600 for a standing-room-only event. Outside, in the BBQ area, there is picnic-style seating for up to 250 guests. The grounds feature a lush, green lawn area and gardens, perfect for an outdoor wedding ceremony or touch football game. Our large, private parking lot has over 150 paved spaces.
Can I bring my own vendors to Napredak Hall?
Yes! We welcome your use of a licensed and insured professional catering service, decorator or mobile entertainment professionals, including live bands! If you need help getting started, previous vendors we have worked with have left their marketing materials in our office. Please drop in to look or just ask us!
Can I bring my own alcohol to Napredak Hall?
No. As required by law, our CA liquor license does not permit alcohol being brought on to the property. We offer a full-service bar in our spacious lounge. You can choose whether or not to serve alcohol, and you can choose to host some or all of the bar for your guests.
(We must confiscate alcohol not obtained through us)
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the parking lot at any time!
Can I have my ceremony or blessing on-site, before the reception?
Yes, absolutely! We are happy to set up in our beautiful garden area for your ceremony Our white wrought iron wedding arch adds the perfect touch that your decorators can customize for your event!
When can I decorate? How late can I stay?
We try to include as much set-up time for you as possible. We will take care of the tables and chairs so that you have more time for the fun stuff! All vendors will need to set up AND break down on the day of the event -- we can't hold any supplies overnight before or after the event, because usually we are taking care of someone else's party on those days!
The latest you can stay with us is midnight. All music and activities has to stop at midnight, but your guests will be given half an hour to leave at a comfortable pace. Everyone but your clean-up crew should be gone half an hour after the official end of the party.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes! We accept Visa and MasterCard in the bar, during events and in the office.
